Return FAQ’s

What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:

  • Product is not the right size
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is not as described
  • You’re unhappy with the product

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

What are my refund options?

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product
  • An exchange

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Instructions

Contact us at phantasylegions@verizon.net to initiate a return.
Include your proof of purchase or order number, as well as the reason for your return request.

Refunds
Returns on unopened items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the item to you.
Returns must have all parts, peices and packaging returned with it.
Damaged or DOA items can be replaced for the same type of item only.
Return shipping is paid for by the customer unless being replaced, in which we will provide a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days (fees may apply depending on the reason for return).
If a ‘damaged’ return is found to be working a return shipment fee will be applied to the refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please enclose the following information:
Your name and billing address
Your order confirmation number, if available
The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
